Mobile Spa Terms & Policies

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
The Royal Treatment Kids Spa requires a 50% deposit to reserve your event date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance, (already including the 15% gratuity), is due 72 hours before your event. All payments made are final and no refunds will be issued.
Date and time changes are only allowed in case of an emergency with a written doctor’s notice. If we arrive at the location without prior notice of an emergency, payments will not be refunded to cover travel, staff, and supplies. Once a package is booked, it cannot be downgraded, but upgrades are allowed.
LOCATION POLICY
The Royal Treatment Kids Spa- Mobile can be set up in houses, event venues, parks (confirm permissions), and rental spaces that allow setup. Our Mobile Spa does not use staircases for setup; elevator access is required for non-ground-level locations.
If an elevator is required, an $80 setup fee applies. If the location is more than 300 yards (900 feet) from where we can park the van, an $80 distance fee applies, provided there are no staircases or elevators. If access is denied or unsafe, services may be refused and payments forfeited.
360° VANITY & SPA TABLE POLICY
The 360° vanity requires a minimum space of 7 feet height and 10 feet width. The spa table requires a minimum width of 10 feet and works best against a wall. Both must be on a stable, flat surface; dry grass is acceptable if level. Please clear setup space of any furniture or obstacles before our arrival. Staff does not move furniture, and any setup delays caused by uncleared space will not extend party time.
DAMAGE POLICY
The Royal Treatment Kids Spa is not responsible for any damage to floors, walls, furniture, lighting fixtures, or other property.
VAN PARKING POLICY
The Mobile Spa van must park in a safe, practical area in front of the location. Unsafe areas, tow-away zones, or garages under 10 feet are prohibited. Parking fees or valet costs are the responsibility of the client. The van typically requires 3–5 hours of parking.
WEATHER & HEAT POLICY
Outdoor parties must be moved indoors in case of rain, lightning, or high-speed winds. The Mobile Spa Supervisor determines when relocation is required. A covered area must be provided; otherwise, services may be stopped and payments forfeited.
For outdoor-only events, notify us 72 hours in advance to reschedule if rain is forecasted. Severe weather (hurricane, tornado, snowstorms) may require rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice.
Summer events at 85°F or higher require shade, fans, or indoor access. If temperatures exceed 95°F, the Mobile Spa Supervisor may modify, relocate, or cancel the event. Services may be canceled and payments forfeited if accommodations are not provided.
POOL SAFETY & LIABILITY POLICY
The Royal Treatment Kids Spa is not responsible for supervising children near pools or bodies of water. Staff is present only to perform services. Hosts must ensure children are supervised at all times.
HAIR STYLING POLICY
Hairstyling includes reusable ponytail extensions. All styles involve a ponytail; Dutch braiding is not offered. One ponytail is included; a two-ponytail style (pigtails) requires the Pigtail Add-On. Please request add-ons in advance to ensure sufficient supplies.
We do not style hair with lice or visible scalp conditions. Final hairstyles depend on hair type and length, and staff determines what can be completed.
MINI MAKEUP POLICY
Mini makeup services are for entertainment purposes only and use child-safe products and disposable tools. The Royal Treatment Kids Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritation. Parents must inform staff of all allergies or sensitivities prior to services.
FACIAL POLICY
Mini facials use gentle, kid-friendly products. Because each child’s skin is unique, The Royal Treatment Kids Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritation. Parents must inform staff of all allergies or sensitivities prior to services.
MINI MANICURE POLICY
Mini manicures are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals. We do not use sharp tools or trim nail and cuticles. We do not remove gel, acrylic, or professional nail products. Our polish is a high-quality, child-safe polish that dries hard. Wear time varies based on child and activity level.
ROBE & HEADBAND POLICY
Robes and headbands are distributed before services and collected at the end. A checklist is used to confirm all returns. The host is responsible for ensuring all items are returned in good condition. A $20 fee per missing or damaged item will be charged. By renting, the host assumes responsibility and agrees to liability for accidental damage or staining.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Royal Treatment Kids Spa does not share personal information with third parties. Only information necessary for services, such as name and email, is collected and used solely to communicate with your party.
WAIVER
The host must sign a waiver for all guests participating or not participating in services and activities.
