By booking with The Royal Treatment Kids Spa & Party House, you are agreeing to everything below. Failure to comply can result in cancellation of your reservation.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your balance. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file 7-days before your party date. Please note, your party date and time will not be reserved without the deposit.
In the event that a party needs to be canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a 14-day cancellation notice from the party date in order to be eligible for a free reschedule (within one year of original date). If cancellation is made less than 14-days from the party date, a rescheduling fee will be required. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred date but we do not guarantee a specific date. Please confirm the final head count or any other changes at least 7 days before your scheduled party date. After this time, your head count will become final and we will not be able to honor any last-minute request (some exceptions may apply, to be determined by The Royal Treatment). If the day of your party you have no-shows, last minute cancellations or decide against any add-on's, no refunds will be given.
In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative party date. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred date, but we do not guarantee a specific date.
The full payment is necessary to reserve the date and time of your appointment. This payment is non-refundable.
In the event that a day treatment needs to be canceled, please notify us as soon as possible (communicated verbally, no voicemail/emails). We require a 12-hour cancelation notice from the day and time of your scheduled treatment in order to be eligible for a reschedule (within one year of original date). If cancellation is made less than 12 hours from the day and time of your scheduled treatment, the payment is non-refundable and can no longer be transferred to an alternative date.
Our parties operate according to a set schedule; therefore, all parties must start on time. If you/birthday child arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel certain party services (to be determined by The Royal Treatment). Under no circumstances can we wait for late guest, they may join in at the point of the party’s progression.
It is important to arrive on time to your appointment. We will give you a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, one spa service will need to be canceled from your appointment. If you are more than 25 minutes late, we will consider it a ‘no-show’. Unfortunately, your appointment will be canceled and your payment will not be refunded.
Outside Vendor/Food Policy
Overtime, we have curated a list of local, skilled and professional vendors who we are very proud to work with! There is no outside decoration, photographers or entertainers allowed.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in our space. Food and drinks for party participants are already included in packages. We understand kids may have certain allergies/dietary restrictions so some exceptions and accommodations may be made (to be determined by The Royal Treatment). Parents/guardians hosting the party are responsible for notifying us in advance of any allergies their guests may have.
During any appointment, up to 6 adults in total will be allowed. This includes the booking parent/guardian and any non-participating children. Our capacity limit is strictly enforced and more than 6 adults in your party will result in a break fee per person.
We advise hosting parents to notify guests that it is pick up/drop off. Additional parents/adults can wait outside or drop off their child and return to pick them up just before the party ends.
Our parties and day treatments are for entertainment purposes only and our services are not performed by licensed professionals. We do not use any sharp tools or trim cuticles/nails. It is the responsibility of the parent/guarding hosting the party to notify us in advance of any allergies that guests may have. We exercise special care in being sanitary and using mild, child-friendly products.
The Royal Treatment Girls Spa and Party House reserves the right to refuse service on any child, for any reason we feel may impose a health risk to others.
Any and all liability relies with the client as The Royal Treatment Girls Spa and Party House, LLC, nor its staff is responsible for any lost or damaged items, accidents, allergic reactions, or any other type of injury during our services and on our premises. To the best of our knowledge and ability, we will do everything possible to ensure a safe and fun experience for all our guests!
