Pink Santa will be in our space for about 30-45 minutes, each child gets their own time/photo op with Santa.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Professional photographer will be present taking photos, digital prints are not included but available to be purchased beforehand or after. Online gallery with multiple photos will be available after event. Add-on includes up to 3 digital prints, however more can be selected and purchased through gallery website once available.

    FAQ's

    Our public events are for children ages 5+, no exceptions. (Pink Santa Claus and Snow Queen)

    Private appointments cater to ages 4+.

    To ensure a smooth and fun experience for all, only children with a reservation and the one accompanying adult are allowed into the event.

    For our Santa Claus event, there will be a professional photographer present for your convenience.

    They will take unlimited photos of every child throughout the event and with Santa Claus. A link of the photo gallery will be sent to all participants after. Digital photos will be available to purchase.

    You can reserve digital photos beforehand- up to 3 of your choice for $35. Additional may be purchased directly on the online gallery as well.

    Yes, parents are welcome to take photos.

    Our public events involve alot of planning, personalized details for each child and only limited spots available. Due to these unique offerings, there are no refunds, reschedules or credit transfers.

    If you arrive late, you can join in at the point of the events progression. We work on a set schedule and cannot wait for late guests or backtrack.

    Please take holiday traffic into account and plan accordingly.
